Delete your Restore AI account

This page explains how to delete your account in Restore AI, the photo restoration app by Neuralful AI Ltd, and what happens to your data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Restore AI and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@neuralfulai.com from the email address you signed in with (your Google or Apple account), with the subject "Delete my Restore AI account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account: your email address and account ID, including your sign-in record with our authentication provider.
  • Your credit balance and your credit purchase, spending and refund history.
  • Your usage history (which tools you used and when).
  • The list of devices you signed in on.
  • Your customer record with our purchase provider, RevenueCat.

Unused credits are lost and cannot be restored.

What is kept

  • A one-way hash of your email address. It cannot be turned back into your address. We keep it only so the free sign-up credits can't be claimed again by deleting and re-creating an account.
  • Reports you made about AI results, with the link to your account removed.
  • Crash reports, which don't contain your email or photos, are deleted automatically after up to 90 days.

We never store your photos, so there are none to delete. Photos saved in the app's library stay on your phone until you uninstall the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings, or you will keep being charged.
